The ADDERView™ DDX10 is a 10-Port high performance KVM Switch that provides powerful functionality inside a small, compact form factor. Featuring Adder's trusted lossless KVM extension technology with flexi-port switching capability, the DDX10 enables multiple users to access multiple computers located safely and securely inside your server room. Combined with the DDX CAMs and DDX USR, the DDX10 (all sold separately) form an integral part of a KVM Matrix.
This adaptive system makes sharing numerous host computers among multiple users straight forward and flexible. Every computer is linked, via its USB and video ports, to a compact DDX-CAM module (sold separately) while each set of peripherals are connected to a DDX-USR module (sold separately) to form Consoles. The various computers and consoles are then linked, via CAT6a or CAT7 cable with S/FTP, S/STP or PiMF shielding, to a central DDX switch. Each user can then, subject to the privileges granted by the admin, gain quick access to any of the required computers.
Please Note: A minimum specification of Cat6a or CAT7 Shielded Twisted Pair (STP) cables must be used with the DDX10, DDX30, DDX CAM and DDX USR . Recommended cables are SFTP, unshielded cables are not suitable for the DDX. Extension distances up to 164 feet/50m are supported with single uninterrupted runs of recommended cable (shielded CAT6a or CAT7 cable, CAT5 or CAT5e cables must NOT be used).
