T139 - Overview

The Platinum Tools T139 Smart Remotes are great for maximizing efficiency and saving time by eliminating the need to walk back & forth with multiple remotes to test sites. Combine this kit with your Platinum Tools cable tester. 'Test' & 'Map/ID' up to eight drops/locations. Smart Remotes are a 'smarter' way to go!

"Smart Remotes" have combined test and ID functions. They simultaneously transmit their unique ID number and allow the tester to test and display results for T568A/B configuration, shorts, opens, miswires, reverses and split pairs. They may be used on network and coax cables.

The set of 7 remotes is numbered #2 - #8. The testing remote provided with testers is numbered #1.
