ES 219ISA - Overview

The ESE PC-219ISA is a Black-Burst / Sync Generator designed to plug into any computer with PC/compatible expansion slots (ISA). The unit provides a stable composite black-burst signal identical to the ES-219A, but it is mounted inside the computer. Applications include pre-blacking tapes and/or general synchronization on computer based or desktop video editing systems.
