The MIPRO ACT-848 Dante is a four channel wideband digital wireless receiver. An expanded 64MHz bandwidth ensures optimal flexibility, allowing more interference-free compatible channels to select from. The ACT-848 Dante features full-color Vacuum Florescent Display for clear viewing and one touch ACTT setup. A single rotary control easily controls all system functions. MIPRO's ACT systems are built to handle tough conditions, delivering superb RF reliability and transparent audio performance in a wide variety of professional venues and applications. This unit comes with 4 MiPro MP-80 3-in-1 dual slot Transmitter Charging Stations.
Each receiver has the same size of EIA standard 1U metal case as other series for excellent heat dissipation and RF shielding, and a newly designed VFD screen, headphone monitor jack, buttons and a rotary control knob on the front panel, and AES/EBU digital output and Dante interface on the rear panel. Both receivers also have the same operating method and display mode as all other series models.
The RF receiving circuit is upgraded to 72 MHz wideband design, which is the same as that of the ACT-7 Series, and greatly increased stable receiving range of signal dropout-free and interference-free compatible channels.
MIPRO's digital ACT-8 Series is now available with Dante interface. Dante is the most popular Ethernet-based digital audio transmission interface in the audio industry. Digital transmission ensures less environmental interference and less signal attenuation due to distance where maximum transmitting distance of 100 meters under normal speed of 100 Mb/s. Through packet and TDM technology, a Dante signal network cable can now transmit multiple channels of audio signal. In addition, with a Dante Controller, audio stream routing and monitoring is now an easy task.
