IMP-20 - Overview

The Ward-Beck IMP-20 offers the highest density of 110 to 75 Ohm or 75 to 110 Ohm impedance converters in one rack unit of space. Balanced 110 AES/EBU signals are connected via 3-pin pluggable screw terminals while unbalanced 75 Oh connections are via BNC connectors. Twenty circuits in all are provided and since the 110 Ohm connectors the all the same type they may be used freely for conversion in either direction. Pluggable screw terminations are on one side while the BNCs are located on the opposite side. -10dB loss pads can be specified, at time of ordering, for any balanced to unbalanced (110 to 75 Ohm) circuit. The rack mounting ears can be oriented in either direction to facilitate installation wiring.
